ORDERS
We currently accept orders by email or phone (with online ordering to come). Feel free to use your MasterCard and Visa.

To place your order please call 617-876-0099 or email watzman@watzman.com to place an order.

We will soon accept Paypal. and you do not have to be a Paypal member to buy from us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will take 3-7 business days for delivery. Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an email confirmation. We'll then ship your order by USPS Insured. We'll send you a separate email with the USPS Tracking information once your order has shipped.

Exchanges/Returns
What is your return policy?
Watzman Design proudly stands by its products and will gladly exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the returned item be in the same brand new condition!

How do I exchange/return an item?
To return or exchange items purchased from us, please send an email to watzman@watzman.com, notifying us of your exchange/return. Then, place the itme in a box and ship it back to us using a trackable, insured method (all carriers now provide this option). Once we receive the item, we will provide an exchange/refund. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
